We cannot bear responsibility for the products once they have left our store.

All deliveries are made by one of our trusted courier partners.

A R50.00 delivery charge will apply to all orders.

All orders that are returned due to an incorrect address, or incorrect contact details e.g. incorrect customer telephone number, will attract a delivery fee for a second delivery.

Orders will be delivered in approximately 5-7 working days. 

We will inform you when your order has been dispatched.

We do not take returns once the order has left our store and has been tampered with.

We sell food and medicinal products, and therefore cannot accept any products back from customers as we cannot take accountability for what might have happened to the products after leaving our store. We trust you understand this decision.
